So, you want to become smarter? Well, read on.
This is the first of a series of 4 articles that will explain almost everything you need to know about improving your intelligence and becoming smarter – let’s begin!
Let’s begin by talking about food. We eat food everyday to quench our hunger, yet most of us never really care about what we take in and lose out on the extremely significant impact it can have on our lives. Your brain is just like any other organ in your body, and paying attention to its nutritional needs can bring about tremendous benefits.
In fact, eating the right foods can actually boost your IQ, make you think sharper, smarter and even make you happier – and it has been scientifically proven. Most people probably do not eat the right foods, and therefore, their brains are never at their optimal state, which is why you will probably stand out above the rest if you do it – and it is not that hard, really.
I will tell you how you can go about to achieve what you want to get, which is to become smarter.
Some of the benefits from eating the right brain foods are:
As you can see, foods can be EXTREMELY beneficial for our brain and you can become smarter, more intelligent and live a better life just by having the right diet. Let’s move on first to how you can drink water the better way to become smarter. Yes, you heard it! There is indeed a better way to consume this essential fluid.
The three main components for this are water, nutritious food and oxygen. Let’s start with water.
Do you think drinking larger quantities of water two times in a whole day will help? I’m talking about drinking 4 glasses of water 2 times a day or 8 glasses once in the morning and thinking that the effects of becoming smarter will kick in.
That is the wrong way to do it.
I’m sure most people think that way – and you’re probably guilty of it too. Well, this is the leading cause of chronic dehydration; people just don’t drink water frequently enough. Studies have shown that majority of the people in the world are almost always dehydrated and it’s pretty much a sure bet that you are too, judging from the statistics. The saying ‘8 glasses a day’ is actually just a myth, and there is actually no scientific evidence behind it whatsoever.
When you are chronically dehydrated, you feel tired, dizzy, get headaches and it’s no wonder – because the brain is not getting the sufficient amount of nutrients it needs!
So, how do you overcome this problem?
Well, the key is this – to drink water consistently throughout the day.
How much to drink? Well, I cannot say! It all depends on where you live and it’s based on the climate and the conditions you are in. If you sweat more, you have to drink more. However, it usually remains in the range of half a glass to one glass every hour.
If you start now, you will begin feeling the effects within 48 hours, if not earlier. Yes, it’s that effective.
However, don’t drink too much!
If you do, you will get an electrolyte imbalance – which is when you need to find electrolyte-replacement drinks such as 100plus or Gatorade. Well, there’s a REALLY cheap way to do it without these drinks – and all you simply need to do is to add a TINY pinch of sea salt to every gallon of water you are going to drink. That isn’t too hard to do isn’t it? You might be surprised, but that is what the drink manufacturers do, and they don’t want you to know that!
That is the end of part 1 of Eating to your Smartness. :-)
Part 2 will be posted here later tomorrow, so stay tuned! Bookmark this page so you can come back easily for the next installment of this article!
Happy drinking, and to your Smartness!
P.S. I found something really cool to increase your IQ. It does have a cost, but take a look and think about this: lower IQ for life, or pay a small price (really small for something as impactful to your life as IQ.) and become smarter forever? To me, it's worth it, for a better life in all aspects. Here's the link if you're still interested: Click Here

14What’s great about water is that you can still eat the way you were. Just make a commitment to drink one cup of water for every hour you are awake. A glass of water is measured as a “cup”. Remember this. Every hour measure a cup of tap or distilled water and gulp it down. You should lose at least ten pounds per month by doing this. Math: 16 cups/glasses per day x 30 days = 480 glasses of water each month verse the what? 60-80 glasses? It’s easy to do and costs $0. In six months you’ll look hot.

15I have a hiking canteen that holds about 800ml of water so I will take that to high school for now on and just take like three big gulps every half hour. I’n school every day I never drink water or anything other than chocolate milk from lunch and I have a feeling I will feel immediate results. Thanks! :)
